Freestyle Revival Yoga & Nutrition was founded by Nicole Kaiser, a certified nutritionist and yoga instructor, with the intention to spread her practice of a healthy and balanced lifestyle to the masses. Through Freestyle Revival, Nicole offers clients effective solutions for their nutrition, exercise, and wellness needs. Her philosophy to nutrition, exercise and balance, is represented with different mudras to emphasize her individualized approach to wellness.

Freestyle Revival’s yoga classes aren’t your average yoga classes.  While you still receive exceptional yoga instruction, you are not bound to preconceived notions of traditional yoga. Nicole truly exudes a freestyle approach to her yoga practice embracing a lively environment and energetic frenzy. In Nicole’s yoga classes you might hear Nikki Minaj, Dave Matthews or Sting, as Nicole says, “music is an awesome tool to get out of your head and into your body. It opens doors to your heart and an open heart is always an open body.”

The truth is, many of us just don’t know what it looks like to eat right and balanced. We think restriction equals success and then we fail and find a new restrictive plan hoping for better results.
